Welcome to the Norse world!

Expect icy giants, fiery realms, magical objects, bold gods and a squirrel carrying insults up and down a cosmic tree.

These myths can be exciting, strange, funny and sometimes properly dramatic. You do not need to remember every name straight away. Start with whoever looks interesting, follow the story, and see where it takes you. There is always another secret, monster or spectacularly bad decision waiting around the corner.

Fun fact: Most surviving Norse myths were written in Iceland centuries after the Viking Age began.
