Hi, I’m Jocelyn!

I love history, especially the stories of ancient gods, heroes, monsters and people who somehow manage to make enormous problems even bigger.

I first discovered Greek and Roman mythology at a Saturday club, and I became hooked. After that, I wanted to learn about Egyptian and Norse mythology too.

One day, I thought it would be brilliant to create a place where other children could explore these stories without everything feeling confusing or like homework. That idea became the Mythfits Society. Here you can meet powerful gods, brave heroes, strange creatures and some seriously dramatic families. You can compare cultures, follow famous adventures, explore constellations and test what you know with quizzes. I’m learning as I build the site, so we can discover it all together.

Pick anything that looks interesting and start exploring. There is always another myth, mystery or monster waiting just around the corner!

Fun fact: Ancient mythology is still hiding in the modern world — planets, months, days of the week, brands and even superheroes borrow names and ideas from ancient gods and heroes!
